1.  Banh Xeo (savory crepe)

2.  Bun mam (fermented fish soup)

4. Com Tam (Rice with meat or fish)

5. Bo La Lot (Minced beef wrapped in piper lolot)

6. Banh Tet (Sticky rice wrapped in the banana leaf)
This is the popular dish in the south of Vietnam. Made from sticky rice, mung bean, and bacon. They are wrapped in the banana leaves then boiled for a few hours. It can be used with fermented fish sauce.
