1. Ninh Kieu Wharf

Located on the bank of Hau River, Ninh Kieu Wharf is a popular tourist stop in Can Tho. Just a few minutes from the center, you can see the stunning view of Ninh Kieu Wharf. This place offers a night market, a lot of restaurants, hotels, bars, and a statue of Uncle Ho. You will be overwhelmed with the colorful fishing and trading boat in the sunset from the Wharf. 2. Cai Rang Floating Market

This is the famous floating market in Vietnam, operating on the Hau River. Coming here, you will see a lot of large and small vessels with many kinds of fruits, vegetable, and cooked food. This will be an interesting tour on the Hau River for your trip. You can know the products of each boat on the giant bamboo pole in front of the boat with the sample products. 

3. Cacao Farm

Mekong Delta is a famous place for Agriculture and Cacao farm is the attractive place that is worth your trip. 4. Can Tho Grand Prison

This is an important historical destination to visit in Can Tho. It is built by French during the colonial era and used by South Vietnamese and Americans. Including 21 detention rooms, a pagoda, a church, a house for the supervisor, and a kitchen. Coming to this place, you will imagine the life of prisoners in Vietnam War. 

5. Private Sampan Tour

Besides the floating market, visitors can take the private sampan tour to explore Hau River. You will exit the large river and toward the tiny canals.
