Ho Chi Minh City is the biggest city in Southern Vietnam. Together with Hanoi (which is the capital city), Ho Chi Minh City plays a crucial role in the development of the country in general.

From Hanoi, people can travel to Ho Chi Minh city by all means of transports, by plane, by train or even by coach. As the landscapes in Vietnam are quite diverse between regions, travel across the country, from the North to the South might take much time than people's expectations, hence, split the schedule is the better way. Fortunately, recently, it becomes more convenient to travel to Ho Chi Minh city as more and more countries have operated direct flights to Ho Chi Minh international airport, such as India, Australia, Singapore, etc.

Normally, people can visit Ho Chi Minh city for most time of the year, as the average temperature of this city is around 27 Celsius degrees. There are only two seasons there, the rainy season always starts from May to November. If you visit Ho Chi Minh city during this duration of time, no worries, as the rain comes fast and gone fast, just remember to bring an umbrella with you all the time.

After arriving at the city, hiring a scooter is the easiest way to explore the city by your own plan, however, joining in a tour with other tourists is also a good choice to go.

There are some interesting places that you do not want to miss on your trip to this city.
