Where is Ba Ho Waterfall?
Ba Ho Waterfall is located in the territory of Phu Huu village - Ninh Ich - Ninh Hoa district, Khanh Hoa province and about 25km from Nha Trang City.
The Ba Ho waterfalls have three tiers and swimming pools at the bottom of each (Ba Ho means Three Pools)
How to go to Ba Ho waterfalls
Ba Ho Falls is just a 45-minute motorbike ride north of Nha Trang. You can drive either via the National Route 1 (QL1A) or the more scenic coastal route along Phạm Văn Đồng Blvd. (recommended) toward Ninh Hoa. This road is in great condition, lightly trafficked and you’ll often see pelotons of road cyclists slogging up the hill. Eventually Pham Van Dong joins busy QL1A. Look for the blue and white sign “Ba Ho Tourist”, turn west and follow the rocky dirt road for a 3.5 kilometers until you reach the parking pad. The road can be quite slippery and dangerous in the rainy season. You can also take a taxi (around 60km for two ways). Finally, you need to go through the forest for about 1km, then climb over the cliffs in the direction of the arrows.

Entrance is 15,000 VND, plus 2,000 VND for motorbike parking. A small cafe sells drinks and incredibly you’ll come across some enterprising locals selling cold drinks and barbecue chicken mid trail, just before the boulders begin. A take-away picnic is not a bad idea! You’ll also see locals having their own picnics on the riverbanks.
What does Ba Ho waterfall have?
Lake number 1
Lake No. 1 is located at the lowest altitude, so it is also the most accessible lake. This is the most beautiful waterfall comparing to the other lakes in the rainy season. Most tourists come here to visit this lake. However, it does not have much water so the landscape will not be so stunning in the dry season.
If you love Cliff Jumping, this is the place for you. From the rocky cliffs, you shrugged and jumped into the lake. It will bring you the feeling of excitement and pleasure. This is one of the reasons why many tourists come to Nha Trang to visit Ba Ho Waterfalls.
