Best things to do in Co To island

Co To is one of the most pristine beauties of Vietnam which is situated in Quang Ninh Province. Visitors can come here by bus from Hanoi in the night and come to Quang Ninh in the next morning. Then they must take the boat to Co To Island. There are some beautiful places in Co To that you must visit.

1. Co To Lighthouse
Built in the late 19th century, Co To lighthouse is the beautiful place with the high stairs to the top of the lighthouse. In order to climb to the top, visitors need to get over 72 stairs. From here, visitors can enjoy the beauty of the sea with green tree and beautiful cliffs.

2. Hong Van Beach
Visiting Co To, you will be enchanted by the stunning beach with smooth waves and blue seawater. This beauty solicits the visitors to stay here longer. 

3. Van Chai Beach
Located at the end of the island, Van Chai Beach is in the seaside with the freaking waves. Especially, with the blue seawater which is changed into other shades of blue when there were some small waves.

4. Cau My Rock Reef
This is the paradise of Co To island that visitors can not miss when coming here. Located in the Big Co To island, Cau My Rock Reef has an impressive beauty with the sedimentary rocks. Creating a rare wonder among others in Vietnam.

5. Love road
This is the romantic road in Co To with 02 km long and about 100 meters away from Co To Town. Love Road has two sides with green trees. It is called "Love Road" because when you walk on this road, you will feel peaceful and romantic. From here, you can hear the whistling of sea waves sound under the green trees and can enjoy the sunset every day. 

6. Small Co To Island
Located about 1 km away from Big Co To Island, Small Co To Island is an inhabitant island that attracts visitors not only domestic but also foreign. People can take from 25 - 30 minutes from Big Co To Island to here by boat. Each boat can carry about 12 people and you can take a short rest on the boat to when coming here.

7. Uncle Ho Beach
Located outside the island with 15 km in length, this beach has white sand along with the long coast. This is the main beach in local and the most crowded beach.

8. Monument of Uncle Ho
Located in the Town Center and near the love road, Uncle Ho Monument is a place for the venue at weekends and festivals to exchange the culture.
