What is Vietnam E-visa?

Vietnam Electronic visa (E-visa) is not a strange type of visa for travelers nowadays. It is implemented by the Vietnam Immigration Department since February 1st, 2017 for 80 countries in the whole world. However, this type of visa is applicable for some special cases and you still have to apply for your visa online to get your e-visa via email. What is Vietnam E-visa?
E-visa is a type of visa that granted by Vietnam Immigration Department for tourism or business purpose, maximum 30 days and single entry. It is only applicable to 80 countries and will be sent to the email in PDF format. With this e-visa, you don't have to stand in line at Vietnam airport to get visa stamped onto the passport. You only need to carry it in hand together passport and you can enter Vietnam at any port by any transports such as the airplane, bus, ship,...

How to Apply for Vietnam E-visa?

  • Step 1: Fill out the required information in the online form
  • Step 2: Pay the e-visa fee and get the visa code in a maximum of 3 days.
  • Step 3: The visa code will be sent to your email.
