Vietnam visa requirements for difficult nationalities

Nowadays, Vietnam is the best place for tourism and working as well and so it attracts so many travelers to Vietnam. However, some nationalities are limited to apply for Vietnam visa, especially Vietnam visa on arrival. For some difficult nationalities, they are required to provide some documents for visa processing. And they have to pay more fee than other normal nationalities. 
For some nationalities, citizens of those countries can not get Vietnam visa online under any method. Their applications will be rejected from the beginning by Vietnam Immigration Department.
