With a Vietnam visa approval letter in your hand, you are allowed entering Vietnam at any international airport (Noibai, Da Nang, Tan Son Nhat, Cat Bi, Cam Ranh,...). This is Vietnam visa on arrival and so you have to prepare the following documents to get Vietnam visa stamped onto your passport:
- Original passport
- Vietnam visa approval letter
- Entry & Exit visa form
- 02 Passport-sized photos
- The stamping fee in cash (VND or USD). (25 USD for 1 & 3 months visa, single entry; 50 USD for 1 & 3 months visa multiple entries; 95 USD for 6 months multiple entries visa; 135 USD for 1-year multiple entries visa. 
 

How to get Vietnam visa stamped at Noi Bai airport (in Hanoi)?

At Noi Bai airport, the Visa on arrival counter is located opposite the passport control, the direction board will be not clear when it is crowded. 
After submitting your documents to Immigration officer,  please wait for processing and keep your eyes and your ears open because they will call you to get your passport back and you will pay for stamping fee in this step.
You will receive a pink receipt for the fee and please check your visa on your passport again before leaving. 
 

How to get Vietnam visa upon arrival at Da Nang airport (Da Nang city)?

When arriving at Da Nang airport, please follow the exit signs then please find the Visa on arrival window. It is on the left-hand side and easily visible. The process is quite quick and always be the same. After getting your passport back, continue to move to Passport control to get the blue stamp onto your passport.

How to get the visa at Tan Son Nhat airport (Ho Chi Minh city)?

Please find the Vietnam visa on arrival counter that is located on the left as you enter the immigration hall. The Visa on arrival counter is signed "Landing visa- cấp thị thực tại chỗ". You need to come to this place to submit your documents and wait for your visa onto your passport.
